Shildon in Motion is a celebration of Shildon's rich and significant heritage as the world's first railway town. This collaboration examines the innovative and extraordinary aspects of Shildon's past and celebrates the ongoing creativity and ingenuity of Shildon's people and its future.
Creative Director Katy Milne has been working with the Shildon community and designers Nic Golightly and Sally Pilkington and the station has been transformed with vibrant artwork being appreciated by all who visit. Further original artwork is set to celebrate the town and its community.
